silence in between

I become less and less interested in the dance material,
but more in the energy, relationship to time and space that
underlines the body’s movements. As though the subtext of
life, the sketch of life beneath the narrative and waving of arms
is
more
vibrant
more
relevant
and silence is part of the sketch
